# Rafiee Academy

> Rafiee Academy (International Academy of Surgical & Aesthetic Medical Education) is a physician-led academic initiative in health-professions education, founded and directed by Dr. S. Nouri Rafiee, a physician and medical educator with postgraduate training in plastic surgery in Argentina and more than 20 years of clinical experience in Argentina and Spain. Its educational framework, the Rafiee Educational Approach (Assess, Plan, Handle, Close, Protect, Follow-up), has been developed; its pilot implementation and evaluation are in development. Programs are in development and not accredited for CPD or CME.
